Your Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for customers when discussing SAP technology and innovations, and escalation point for technical issues, service requests and incidents.
Understanding of customer's business objectives and challenges to recommend technical solutions and services
Provide comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools
Understand SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, networking and virtualization technologies (load balancer, virtual machine)
Identify top issues, define and execute service plan activities and orchestrate technical actions across customer landscape
Design optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability
Identify and position SAP offerings
Your Profile:
Experience in SAP administration and operation of SAP solutions (SAP Basis preferred).
Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA and Sybase databases.
Experience in escalating critical situations
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Fluency in Italian, Portuguese or Turkish is preferable
Solid knowledge of SAP technologies and products (SAP certification highly advantageous), Hyperscaler certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
